The College, upon successful student enrolment of 60% of capacity, should have a campus principal and between 3-5 tutors, depending on course mix and local student demand.

The campus principal is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations which could comprise of various activities such as staff management, campus management, student enquiries, enrolment, tutoring, receipting, invoicing, class walk-abouts to monitor teaching and learning and interacting with students and parents etc.

The typical campus should also have a reception area, 4 lecture rooms, seating 20 students each and a 20seater computer laboratory. The overall appearance of the franchised outfit commands an upmarket, modern and quality training facility.

We will assist new franchisees in securing leases, all aspects of setting up and equipping premises, along with providing ongoing training. Usually we look for 120 -200 square metres, dependent on the area, size of market potential, student demand etc.
