They also sub-contract to large building companies in the area, doing their civil work. The Company has a large (relative to its size) fleet of modern equipment which it uses primarily for its own use and hires out excess capacity.

A large portion of their work is negotiated with new and existing clients, many of whom they have been associated with for up to 20 years. There is a hands on approach by the Directors of the Company who make up the positions of General Contracts Manager and Plant Manager.

Most of their operators and foreman have been with the Company for an average of at least 10 years .
